Chicken recipes for my Kindle are the best. The recipes in this guide are all keepers. I suppose if you are like the reviewer below and do not know that your are the boss in your kitchen and a pinch of fresh basil vs a tsp of dried is entirely up to you when you make any recipe then maybe this book is not for you. If you are like most of us and use your cookbooks as the foundation of your recipes but not as a precise technical manual then you will find this Italian Chicken Recipe cookbook to have some of the best tasting, easy to prepare, varied and crowd pleasing meals that you will ever prepare. The recipes are easy to follow understand and every one that we have cooked so far has come out absolutely delicious. Some of the recipes are even better than mom's but don't let her know that! How to Cook Delicious Italian Food - 47 Easy & Tasty Italian Chicken Recipes is chock full of delicious italian chicken recipes that will make all your dinners fun and exciting. We loved the Chicken Liver Crostini recipe and the pasta dishes with chicken that we have cooked have been way better than anything we could have gotten at a restaurant. We have made chicken a staple since the economy has gone south and I stock up on breast and thighs when they are between 59 cents and 99 cents a pound. I have found the recipes in the Kindle cookbook to be perfect for a family that loves both chicken and Italian food. I found the book well written and complete with easy to understand instructions, ingredients that were easy to find, descriptions that were understandable but most importantly recipes that were absolutely delicious!!
